In origin it was a house - palace built in 1842 by Manuel Tirado's order. Externally constructed by neoclassic style, in its interior the building possesses a baroque typical aesthetics of the residences of the moment.
It is located in a privileged place inside the locality, concretely between the "Plaza de España" and the "Plaza del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Jesus" and opposite to the Church of "San Juan Bautista". The building was rehabilitated in 2003 to be the official City Hall. In this building stands out its plinth, plaster-works, forges, arches, columns, chimney and the former lounge dining room.
