Located in the Corazón de Jesus Square was raised on the ruins of San Blas's Hospital (S.XVI). Its historicist and regionalist style was very influenced by the Latin-American Exposition of 1929. In the exterior stands out its monumental front provided with neo-renaissance elements mixed with neo-baroque and neogothic elements, always with an extreme care of each one of the details, so in form as colors. In the interior its great stairs of marble stands out with railing of forge and the Lounge of Meetings located in the top floor. The building has a decoration based on big blue tiles of great color made by Montalván potters of Triana.
